Your Role:
- Be the go-to product and technical expert for enterprise partners in Turkey/EMEA.
- Bridge technical and business conversations with strong API knowledge.
What You Will Do:
- Provide technical support and relationship management for existing enterprise customers.
- Partner with Sales and Solutions teams on pre-sales discussions and API consultations.
- Coordinate with local compliance and operations teams for regional requirements.
What We Look For:
- Experience supporting enterprise customers in a technical or solutions engineering role.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, and integration workflows.
- Native or business-level Turkish and business-level English.
