About TeamSnap:

The Role:
- Manage largest sports organization accounts to drive retention and growth.
- Run demos, use usage data to spot risks, and drive value-based sales.
- Manage upsell pipeline and serve as Voice of the Customer.
Who You Are:
- 1-3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS.
- Collaborative, customer-focused, and motivated to exceed targets.
Compensation:
- OTE of $73,000 plus benefits like unlimited PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401K.
