Energy Recovery Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Desal Sales Manager. Reporting to the Sr Director Global Water Sales OEM. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales of the Desal market in the North America West region. This role involves managing all aspects of customer accounts, developing relationships with customers & distribution channels, and understanding market dynamics. Responsibilities include adhering to company policies, meeting sales quotas, developing markets, making regular visits to prospects/customers/partners, preparing proposals and presentations, monitoring market conditions, working with internal departments, performing market research, developing business plans, evaluating market trends, controlling expenses, gathering customer feedback, working with end users & engineering companies, identifying and executing relevant events, and ensuring accurate information in CRM.
Candidates must have a Bachelorβs degree in business or engineering, 5-10 years of sales & business development experience in target markets, experience in the Water Treatment Market, fluency in English, and the ability to travel 30-50% of the time.
