About the Role:
- Own the performance and operations of Vetcove's Clinic Purchasing Platform.
- Lead and develop two managers overseeing Account Management and Customer Experience teams.
- Partner cross-functionally to drive enterprise partner success.
What You'll Do:
- Drive operational excellence and commercial strategy for largest enterprise customers.
- Gather market feedback to inform product direction and investment decisions.
- Conduct regular business reviews and travel up to 25% for customer meetings.
What You Should Have:
- 8+ years of account management or relationship-based sales experience.
- Proven experience managing managers and complex enterprise relationships.
- Strong project management skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
