Job Description
As a Senior Director, Sales for Red Canary you will use your broad knowledge of the security landscape and sales expertise to provide leadership to Account Executives in your assigned territories. Through your persistence, determination, and creativity, you will help Red Canary create a world where every organization can make its greatest impact without fear of cyber attack.
Define territory sales goals with leadership team and implement processes, infrastructure and hiring to attain goals and quotas
Hire, lead and mentor your team through weekly 1:1 and coaching to strategize and accurately forecast to upper management
Collaborate with our Revenue Operations, Customer Success, ADR, Channel team and Marketing teams to optimize sales and customer satisfaction
Build strategies and develop materials vital to accelerate customer acquisition
Nurture lasting business relationships with customers through consultative sales tactics and effective account management practices
Use CRM to maintain excellent records and report on activity and critical metrics
Understand and internalize the Red Canary mission and vision and translate them into a Sales strategy
Participate in regular leadership meetings to share progress, identify blockers and drive resolution
Actively participate in customer on-site, calls, and any other assistance your team needs in getting deals closed
Report on sales metrics and forecast to senior sales management
Deliver accurate forecasts that exemplify tight control of the top deals and provide organizational discipline and rigor
Empower Individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
