Customer Success: Play a pivotal role in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Success by promoting the adoption of Impact and Services products, strengthening relationships with Partners
Responsibilities: Own overall customer success, renewal and growth, align customer success, expert services and transformational resources, and focus on customer intimacy for business impact.
Business Development: Build C-level relationships, create consistent customer experiences, and work with sales to drive license agreements and customer success.
Team Management: Inspire the team by building an inclusive culture and mentoring an environment for growth and establishing key global programs to effectively meet the needs of the customers.
