Regional Sales Director

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for coaching and developing a team of Account Executives through mentorship and deal support. They will recruit and build a high-performing sales team, drive revenue by accurately forecasting and closing business, and partner with cross-functional teams to align on go-to-market strategies. This role also involves participating in customer calls, attending regional events, and supporting deal strategy to close complex, technical deals. QA Wolf is a remote-first company.
