Job Description
The Account Strategist will act as the strategic account lead, working with client executives to define goals and develop strategies that will achieve them. This role involves translating customer goals and needs into strategic plans, acting as the face of SmartBug and building trust with senior-level clients. The right candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with clients; lead the discovery and onboarding process for new clients, and ensure clients see SmartBug as an indispensable partner in their growth.
You'll work with specialty strategist teams to develop value-based goals for clients across the customer lifecycle. You will regularly assess and report on the impact of sales enablement and operations efforts. A key component of the job is to directly manage and develop 1-2 account specialists, leading a cross-functional team specializing in demand generation, sales and CRM, customer success, technology, copy and design.
