Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve territory sales goals through business maintenance and new growth, including identifying customers, prospecting, and using advanced selling skills to close opportunities.
- Demonstrate service expertise, document customer interactions in CRM systems, and support proposal development while preparing for conferences and building brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree with at least 7 years in life sciences and 3-5 years in direct selling or client management, including experience selling complex bioanalytical services in regulated environments.
- Proven ability to close technical service contracts, achieve sales targets, build customer relationships, and possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
