Customer Launches and Campaigns:
- Manage customer launch plans, calendars, deliverables, and approvals tied to FedRAMP milestones.
- Develop reusable assets including press releases, customer stories, and video interviews.
Customer Engagement:
- Deliver customer communications and key-account programs that strengthen retention.
- Lead Voice of the Customer activities and translate feedback into actions.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Manage timelines, approvals, and handoffs across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and agencies.
- Keep stakeholders informed and escalate risks as needed.
Measurement and Reporting:
- Maintain dashboards covering launch delivery, campaign engagement, and customer participation.
- Review results with leadership and recommend improvements.
