- Strategy and Planning: Advise GTM and Finance leadership on strategy, planning, and execution, owning annual and quarterly cycles that align headcount, quota, and budget across global teams. Define ICP, segmentation, and GTM motions across enterprise, partner, and self-serve channels to create commercial clarity and focus. Deliver high-impact dashboards, forecasts, and attribution models that highlight leading indicators, pipeline health, win rates, and retention trends.
- Operational Excellence: Build an AI-powered GTM operating system that boosts pipeline, speeds deals, and strengthens retention while keeping data quality and accountability tight. Streamline revenue processes end-to-end, including forecasting, pipeline management, deal execution, territory design, and customer lifecycle workflows. Activate signal-based workflows that surface buyer intent in real time and help teams act with speed and precision.
- Technology & Leadership: Own the full GTM tech stack—driving automation, system governance, data integrity, and adoption across such as Salesforce/HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Unify, Default, marketing automation, and integrations. Lead and grow a global RevOps organization, driving readiness, incentive design, and a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.
