Equity Program Management:
- Manage Equity for EORs service, including client onboarding and tax processing.
- Develop scalable automation solutions for equity operations.
- Partner with Legal and Finance to align actions with governance and policies.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with income and tax withholding rules, especially in cross-border scenarios.
- Collaborate with Payroll for accurate tax withholding calculations in various jurisdictions.
- Manage country equity reporting and coordinate with stakeholders.
Employee Support and Education:
- Deliver support to equity participants with a customer focus.
- Design training materials to educate employees on the equity program.
- Work with the People team to process equity data for new hires, promotions, and org changes.
