- Manage HR Systems: You will be responsible for running bi-weekly payroll and managing HR systems such as Google Workspace, iSolve, Lattice, and Deel.
- Coordinate Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding & offboarding with our PEO (Aspen) and EOR (Deel). You will also own I-9 processing, laptop distribution, and system setup for new hires.
- Assist with Compensation: Assist with compensation and merit cycles and salary/equity benchmarking. You will support leveling frameworks and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Run Company-Wide Programs: You will run company-wide programs, including performance reviews, engagement surveys, and benefits open enrollment. You will also plan All Hands meetings.
- Lead Special Projects: You will lead special projects such as potential PEO transitions.
