Strategic Account Management:
- Get deep into customers' goals and tech stack.
- Spot opportunities for expansion and new use cases.
- Partner with Sales and Technical Architects for successful launches.
Product and Process Improvement:
- Bring the customer's voice back into Webflow.
- Shape product direction with customer insights.
- Improve processes to deliver a better Enterprise experience.
