Loss Mitigation Program Specialist

Role Overview:

• You will manage an active pipeline of delinquent accounts requiring loss mitigation evaluation and resolution.
• You will help build and formalize a scalable Loss Mitigation operating model, developing SOPs and workflows.
• You will partner with Compliance, Legal, and other departments to ensure borrower assistance strategies are effective and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage borrower loss mitigation files, review financial information, and recommend appropriate workout solutions.
• Develop and maintain reporting to provide visibility into pipeline activity, aging, and operational trends.
• Establish quality assurance processes to ensure accurate and consistent file handling.

• Timely and consistent management of the Loss Mitigation pipeline.
• Clear, documented, and repeatable processes across the borrower assistance lifecycle.
• Improved visibility into pipeline status, borrower outcomes, and operational performance.
