Manager, Software Development

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of software developers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
• Ensure technical execution and delivery of software features in compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA, DICOM, HL7).
• Collaborate with product management, QA, and engineering to drive successful feature delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, with over 7 years of software development experience and at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, team management, and quality assurance practices.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and cloud computing (AWS) is preferred.

Additional Information:

• This is a remote position with occasional travel up to 10%.
• The salary range is CAD $112,500 - $150,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, retirement, and paid time off.
