Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall sales strategy and execution for trading solutions, with a focus on acquiring and retaining enterprise-level clients.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and results.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure individual and team success.
  • Establish KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of sales efforts, analyze sales trends, and optimize the sales pipeline.
