Reporting to the Manager of Customer Care and Renewal Management, this role is responsible for ensuring a seamless post-sales experience by managing customer transactions with precision and care. Once an order is received, the Customer Care team oversees the delivery of Esri’s industry-leading Geographic Information System (GIS) products, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing general inquiries and questions related to Esri products, ArcGIS Licensing, standard and ecommerce orders. Strengthening the relationship with our customers by providing proactive customer service, acting as a liaison between the company and customer Maintain a strong sense of urgency and to keep management informed of critical problems impacting pricing issues.
