Job Description

The Director of Strategic Partnerships is accountable for achieving goals set in collaboration with their manager, aligned with annual goals, and especially, Key Success Indicators (KSI). Primary responsibilities include partnership management, ensuring strong, sustained relationships with existing partners to maximize impact and satisfaction, serving as a key relationship manager for district, state, and school system partners. Strategic partnership development responsibilities include driving organizational growth by identifying and securing new strategic partnerships that advance Teaching Lab’s mission and collaborating with various teams to create tailored proposals. Cross-functional collaboration involves aligning partnership data across systems and supporting marketing and communications with partner-facing materials.
