Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth startups or fast-scaling tech companies.
- Deep expertise in sourcing, candidate engagement, and structured interview practices.
- Ability to design and implement scalable recruiting processes, templates, rubrics, and training.
