Account Coordinator

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage urgent morning-of requests and absence backfills, ensuring coverage from notification to placement.
• Build collaborative relationships with school partners, educators, and internal teams to drive growth.
• Lead territory syncs and balance supply and demand to maintain high fill rates.

How You'll Succeed:

• Take full ownership from first request to final coverage, double-checking details and following through.
• Act with urgency for same-day needs while prioritizing strategically and thinking big-picture.
• Communicate clearly and timely to build trust, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
