Job Description

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) utilizes a combination of telephone calls and email follow-up to contact prospects to develop potential sales leads for the sales team. The SDR is also responsible for the documentation of their prospecting efforts. This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories) Responsibilities include conducting outbound prospecting cold calls, emails, and utilizing social media to generate qualified leads. Researching and identifying potential customers using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, CRM software, and industry databases is crucial, as well as qualifying leads through discovery conversations to understand business needs and pain points. Additional responsibilities include setting up meetings or calls between qualified prospects and the sales team, maintaining accurate and current records of all activities in the CRM system (NetSuite), collaborating with marketing to follow up on leads and campaigns, and meeting or exceeding KPIs including outreach volume (calls, emails, social touches) and qualified opportunities generated.
