SIXT is seeking a German-speaking Roadside Assistance Agent to provide remote support to customers in Germany, working from anywhere in Spain. This role involves receiving damage and breakdown reports from customers via phone. Agents independently coordinate necessary measures, such as towing services, and organize replacement vehicles. The role also includes forwarding breakdown cases to the manufacturer within the mobility program and assisting customers with questions related to breakdowns and mobility services.
