Own the full recruiting cycle: intake → sourcing → screening → client interviews → offer → onboarding. Source at scale across LATAM for non‑technical roles: operations, executive assistants, customer support, and marketing specialists. Build large, always‑on talent pools and communities. Run multi‑channel sourcing (LinkedIn, local job boards, referrals, communities). Maintain clean pipelines in our ATS; tag, stage, and report accurately. Run structured, competency‑based screens and English assessments. Present tight candidate slates with notes, scorecards, and next steps. Manage client interview logistics and candidate expectations. Create and refine SOPs, templates, and reporting as a founding recruiter. Hit weekly targets and share clear, concise updates.
