The Senior Director, Infrastructure Alliances will support the development and execution of sales strategies that drive revenue growth through key infrastructure partnerships. This role will work closely with the Infrastructure Alliances leadership team and partners to align on business goals, support joint go-to-market initiatives, and ensure effective coordination of partner-led sales efforts. Responsibilities include managing the development and implementation of partner business plans aligned with strategic goals and driving revenue growth through partner-led sales opportunities. Collaboration with partners involves identifying sales opportunities and assisting in the execution of joint go-to-market strategies. Internal coordination is essential for the smooth execution of partner-led sales initiatives. The role includes building and maintaining productive relationships with partner contacts and stakeholders, monitoring partner performance, and providing regular updates to leadership on key metrics and trends. Working with sales and marketing teams is necessary to align partner activities with broader organizational objectives. Furthermore, this director will provide partners with product and service training and ongoing support, analyze partner engagement data to identify areas for improvement, and assist in developing MOU strategies that support NRI’s go-to-market approach. Partnering with regional sales teams is crucial to support co-selling efforts across commercial and SLED segments, and supporting Infrastructure Alliance Partner specialization audits in collaboration with the programs manager is also expected. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
