Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage the Legal intake queue, triaging requests by type and priority.
- Review, draft, and negotiate NDAs, customer agreements, vendor agreements, and SOWs.
- Lead the shift toward AI-enabled contract workflows and refine AI playbooks.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of contracts management experience in a fast-paced software/SaaS company.
- Strong aptitude with AI-assisted contracting tools and CLM platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen.
Additional Information:
- Base pay range: $95,000 to $109,000 USD annually.

- Remote position with preference for Eastern Time Zone coverage.
