Responsibilities:
- Understand PASE program components, guidelines, and calculations to analyze and process Dealer RIM Purchase Loyalty adjustments, approving or denying them.
- Access GM information via computer or personnel to document client situations, performing investigations to resolve questions and direct complex inquiries for further follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Possess clear professional written and oral communication skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding when interfacing with dealers.
- Be detail-oriented with proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, along with strong phone, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Proficiencies:
- Preferred experience with IMS, Global Connect, Sales Reporting Tool, Same Day Repair Parts Checker Tool, and dealership operations.
- Demonstrate leadership skills, customer focus, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously to completion within set timeframes.
