Job Description

Support the execution of the GTM strategy by optimizing key processes across sales, partner, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless alignment and execution. Implement and improve sales processes, including CRM management, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and performance metrics. Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for optimization and provide actionable insights to leadership teams. Help maintain accurate sales forecasts and track sales performance against KPIs. Track and report on key revenue metrics, including pipeline velocity, sales cycle length, win rates, churn rates, and customer lifetime value (CLTV). Optimize the use of sales tools and platforms (ie. Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator), to improve workflow efficiency and performance tracking. Document key GTM operations processes and best practices to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability as the organization grows.
