Solutions Consultant

Smartsheet is looking for a Solutions Consultant to drive quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction within our Consulting business by assisting customers with designing, building, and implementing Smartsheet solutions. This role involves post-sales engagements, converting business requirements into Smartsheet solutions as a Subject Matter Expert. Lead multiple concurrent engagements to implement Smartsheet across a variety of client industries and use cases, ensuring clients are gaining the most value from the Smartsheet platform. Lead discovery sessions to understand client's current state processes, business challenges, and future state requirements to design a custom Smartsheet solution that achieves their desired business outcomes. Build Smartsheet solutions via solution prototyping, iterative build sprints, compelling client demonstrations, and collecting and incorporating client feedback. Manage all aspects of your projects, including timeline, deliverables, scope, budget, and client relations. Serve as an advisor on best practices and capabilities of the Smartsheet platform at scale across a variety of industries and business functions. Provide post-engagement feedback around potential additional product and services opportunities. Maintain a target billable utilization aligned to the role.
