Job Description

The Revenue Enablement team empowers our go-to-market teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed. The Head of Revenue Enablement will define and execute the global enablement strategy, ensuring our sales, customer success, and partnerships teams are equipped to drive growth and deliver a world-class customer experience. This role is essential for optimizing our revenue engine and achieving our ambitious targets. The Head of Revenue Enablement will build relationships with various leaders to align on revenue enablement vision and success metrics. The role involves mastering enablement processes, tools, and onboardings, coaching the enablement team, working on partner enablement projects, and conducting audits of enablement effectiveness. The role also includes establishing a scalable global enablement operating model and driving alignment across Sales, CS, and PS around one unified revenue playbook.
