Senior Network Infrastructure Technician (L3) – Cruise Ship Operations

Overview:

• This role supports enterprise network, server, and data center operations aboard active cruise vessels.
• You will work remotely when not traveling and live onboard ships for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 support for complex network and infrastructure issues.
• Support VMware-to-Hyper-V migration and maintain Cisco environments.
• Coordinate with remote teams and serve as lead onsite technical representative.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of enterprise network and infrastructure experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco, VMware, Hyper-V, and Windows Server.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally for up to 5 months.
