SUMMARY:

  • Responsible for delivering high-quality IT professional technical services to clients.
  • Provide on-site or remote troubleshooting, support, installation, and migration services.
  • Must demonstrate superior proficiency and dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Optimize productivity while assigned to customer tickets or projects.
  • Problem-solve and resolve network issues, escalating when appropriate.
  • Provide customer service via phone, video, and email, with occasional on-site and on-call duties.

COMPETENCIES:

  • Outstanding troubleshooting skills for Server, PC, Desktop, VM, and Client/Server issues.
  • Broad knowledge of VM, hardware, OS, patching, backup, security, and networking protocols.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years as a Systems Engineer with VMware, O365, backups, desktops, Windows, and client/server experience.
  • Proven track record with Microsoft, Mac, and virtual services; familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • 2+ years in customer-facing role, MSP preferred; 2+ years working with SaaS products.
