ServiceNow is seeking a dynamic Group Vice President to lead our global Support Account Management organization. You'll be responsible for transforming and scaling the SAM function to deliver premium support experiences and shape the future of human/AI support delivery.
As SAM GVP, you will collaborate with Customer Excellence, Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to evolve our support offerings. You'll lead a global team, drive sales strategies for SAM services, foster a culture of hospitality, and champion ServiceNow technology internally. Experience integrating AI into support operations and leveraging AI-driven insights to improve service outcomes.
You must have 15+ years of experience in customer-facing operational leadership roles and a passion for ServiceNowโs products and culture.
