Job Description

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop Mutual Value Plans and conduct Solution Health Reviews and Strategic Business Reviews.
  • Analyze account performance, identify risks and opportunities, and proactively execute plans to mitigate churn and drive expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal teams to optimize implementations and resolve issues.
  • Drive product adoption, ensure customers realize ROI, and foster advocacy at all levels of the organization.
  • Track and report on customer success metrics, sharing insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to consult with executives and influence across multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex information for executive audiences.
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on satisfaction, retention, and growth.
