Job Description
Accountabilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with customers to develop Mutual Value Plans and conduct Solution Health Reviews and Strategic Business Reviews.
- Analyze account performance, identify risks and opportunities, and proactively execute plans to mitigate churn and drive expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal teams to optimize implementations and resolve issues.
- Drive product adoption, ensure customers realize ROI, and foster advocacy at all levels of the organization.
- Track and report on customer success metrics, sharing insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to consult with executives and influence across multiple organizational levels.
- Strong communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex information for executive audiences.
