Role Overview:
- You will lead payroll operations in Brazil, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- You will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and customers to support market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll execution and drive customer implementations.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and validate Brazilian payroll processes, including Senior.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of payroll operations specialists.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Brazilian payroll processing or operations experience.
- 3+ years managing payroll operations teams of 6 or more people.
- Strong knowledge of INSS, FGTS, eSocial, IRRF, 13th salary, férias, and rescisão.
