Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to assess HR requests and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates, manage job posts, screen CVs, and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews and ensure feedback is collected in the ATS.
Qualifications:
- University degree in social sciences, management, or economics with 2+ years of recruitment experience.
- Proficiency with recruiting tools, HR systems, spreadsheets, and collaborative software.
- Excellent communication skills and a people-centered, empathetic approach.
Work Arrangements:
- This is a fully remote, permanent contractor role based in Istanbul.
- Work hours are from 16:00 to 00:00 Turkey time to align with Eastern US time zones.
- All interviews are conducted in English, requiring advanced written and oral proficiency.
