Job Description
Solink is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team. This position is part of the People Operations team, which designs and operates the systems and processes to deliver an outstanding employee experience to all employees. This role will work with leaders across the Go To Market & Marketing teams and act as a trusted advisor, building the bridge between teams, their people and leadership. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, People & Culture.
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will build trusted relationships, coach & enable leaders, deliver strategic insights, drive organizational change, support key moments, execute people programs, collaborate cross-functionally, stay ahead of the curve, and facilitate learning & communication.
