Job Description
As the Talent Acquisition Leader, this person will build and execute a best-in-class recruiting program. Will lead the recruiting function and directly recruit for key roles. The person should serve as a trusted partner to the Executive Leadership Team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a company-wide recruiting strategy.
- Manage, coach, and develop the recruiting team.
- Build scalable and consistent recruiting programs.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven success in recruiting for executive and leadership roles.
- Expertise in ATS and sourcing tools.
