What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with teams to execute on analyzed data and inform decision-making.
- Efficiently manage projects and tasks to support operational objectives.
- Identify gaps in processes and breakdowns in cross-functional collaboration.
Experience:
- Experience in High-Growth Startups, payroll startup or experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- Familiar with queue-based workflows
- Experience with leave of absence in a multistate capacity
