HR Generalist - Remote Role Philippines

Extenteam is looking for a highly organized and people-oriented Remote HR Generalist to support the full spectrum of human resources functions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring strong employee relations, driving engagement initiatives, and supporting HR operations. You will be the primary HR contact for a dedicated group of team members, providing support across team relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR administration. Responsibilities include conducting monthly "catch-up calls" with dedicated team members, monitoring morale, engagement, and satisfaction, providing support on HR-related topics, assisting in policy implementation, conducting performance reviews, preparing internal documents, and creating employee engagement plans. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of HR experience, preferably with remote teams. Strong knowledge of HR functions, excellent communication skills, and an empathetic approach are essential. Must be willing to work a night-shift schedule aligned with U.S. time zones.
