Responsibilities:
- Manage 80-120 clients for the 24-week duration, hosting 1-on-1 calls every two weeks.
- Proactively guide clients through activation points and suggest improvements to the fulfillment process.
- Follow up with unresponsive clients twice a week via email, phone, Discord, or WhatsApp.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in YouTube and/or online business industry.
- At least 1 year in client-facing roles with strong relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with sales and able to work 30+ hours per week in client meetings.
Disqualifications:
- Primary motivation is flexibility and travel freedom only.
- Unwillingness to commit to a 50-60+ hour work week when needed.
- Inability to accept feedback or maintain professional standards for client interactions.
