The Role:
- Drive operational excellence across Customer Success.
- Ensure the team has processes, insights, and cross-functional alignment.
- Proactively help CS collaborate with other departments.
What YOU will do at Luma Health:
- Gather insights across customer interactions.
- Build and maintain dashboards.
- Support CS leadership in defining scalable frameworks.
Tooling & Systems Support:
- Partner with RevOps to optimize Salesforce for CS workflows.
- Lead implementation and rollout of new CS tools.
- Improve communication flow between CS and other teams.
