- Manage complex cases involving account restrictions, suspensions, closures, or permanent bans.
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for high-value and VIP traders with a white-glove approach.
Transparent Communication:
- Communicate difficult decisions clearly, empathetically, and professionally.
- De-escalate emotional situations, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Deliver transparent explanations grounded in terms of service and compliance rules.
Cross-Functional Resolution:
- Collaborate with Risk, Fraud, Legal, and Compliance teams to review case evidence and agree on fair resolutions.
- Design and execute approved goodwill solutions or settlement offers to resolve disputes.
- Facilitate smooth offboarding processes for traders when necessary.
