About the Role:
- You will be a primary point of contact for patients navigating cancer screening, treatment, and survivorship.
- You will coordinate care, appointments, referrals, and insurance benefits.
How You'll Contribute:
- Build meaningful patient relationships and advocate for their needs.
- Manage a portfolio of patients with accurate documentation and timely follow-through.
