Role Overview:
- Own the agentic self-serve onboarding vision, where the Vanta agent sets up and runs customer security programs.
- Drive conversion and activation end to end for startups and downmarket customers.
- Partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Management on one scalable program.
What We're Looking For:
- Own the whole outcome across a large surface area and operate with clarity in ambiguity.
- Speak fluent GTM and Account Management; design handoffs between product-led and service-supported experiences.
- Build for the future with an interest in AI-native, agentic onboarding and daily AI use.
