Associate Client Services Specialist

Client Services Responsibilities:

• Configure Omada systems proactively.
• Manage reporting requests and provide timely updates.
• Oversee reporting portal access for customers.

Problem Solving and Improvement:

• Investigate and resolve cases from customers and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve documentation gaps.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of Client Services protocols.

Teamwork and Communication:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Track operational metrics to assess KPI achievement.
• Support in the preparation and delivery of Quarterly Team Updates.
