About the Role:
- You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing communications with professional excellence.
- You will handle inbound and outbound inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries with active listening and proactive problem-solving.
- Work with confidential customer information and aim to resolve issues on the first call.
- Obtain and maintain a Health Insurance license for the state of Texas.
