You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing communications with professional excellence.
You will handle inbound and outbound inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Your Responsibilities:

Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries with active listening and proactive problem-solving.
Work with confidential customer information and aim to resolve issues on the first call.
Obtain and maintain a Health Insurance license for the state of Texas.
