Responsibilities:
- Manage, upgrade, and grow a portfolio of small and mid‑sized business accounts through 40-60 daily outbound calls.
- Generate quotes, close activities, and process order information to retain core revenue.
- Present and close renewal opportunities virtually, addressing objections and communicating value.
Qualifications:
- Direct experience in sales capacity and client interaction.
- Knowledge of shipping or mailing domain and SaaS solutions.
- Proven ability to close business over the phone or in virtual environments.
