Job Description
Data Analysis and Reporting: Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Own and execute sales metrics reporting for executive and board audiences. Conduct on-demand queries and provide timely analysis.
Process Optimization: Analyze weaknesses in GTM and operations, recommending improvements. Drive process optimization and automation for deal cycle efficiency. Support the sales team with prompt issue resolution.
Compensation and Partnership: Assist in building compensation plans across teams. Be a trusted business partner to sales leadership. Contribute to forecasting and territory planning.
