Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to be the primary engine for new market entry and pipeline generation within the North American data center sector. You are the "door opener" responsible for generating qualified leads, expanding our presence, and establishing initial relationships with high-value targets. You will work closely with our marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and hand off opportunities to our expert sales engineering team.

Key responsibilities include strategic prospecting to engage key decision-makers, pipeline generation leveraging sales tools, conducting needs qualification through discovery conversations, coordinating sales handoffs, and collaborating with marketing for campaign feedback. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, a strong understanding of the data center landscape, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in sales technologies like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
